Think Process
The Merivale Residence by New Fortune Group is centrally located high rise development in South Brisbane. The development consists of 30 stories with 189 apartments and 248 car spaces. During the initial planning stage, we provided our client with a timeline of stages and advised a deadline for completion for all 3D Renders. In consultation with the client, we first chose the rooms, the angles that were required and the sample styles of the rooms in regards to the lighting and the camera position. Angle selection is crucial to preparing the 3D modelling of the renders, to ensure that the final result is aligned with the vision for the residence. Our drone photographer was briefed to take individual and varying background images specific to the height of the room or apartment and at a specific time of the day as the sun was setting over Brisbane.

Solve Process
The first stage is the wireframe stage, where we first completed the 3D modelling before any finishes are applied. With the modelling complete, we were able to move the camera to capture different views of that room. 3D Photo Montage Renders will sometimes require modelling on the images to ensure that the modelling is aligned with the background image and to make it look real. The process is longer than standard 3D renders as it requires time to ensure a high degree of accuracy and quality.

An Innovative Solution
Once the wireframe stage was complete, our team prepared the finishes, colour palette, furniture and styling to the renders. During this process, changes are made to the 3D Renders in consultation with our client and our design team to finesse the small details and to truly deliver brilliant results.
