Ormi Terrace by Augustine Development is situated within the suburb of Eight Mile Plains is approximately 15km from the Brisbane CBD. The development consists of 20 two-story luxury terrace homes each featuring incredibly spacious 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The standout feature of this new development is that Ormi Terrace would be the first Smart Home Townhouse development within Eight Mile Plains. Our vision was to create sophisticated, luxurious and spacious terrace homes that would appeal to a market that interested in quality and demanded a considerable family-sized home. Through our experience and in-depth research, the team was guided to create a luxurious, modern and intelligent brand.

Presales Strategy

Our presales marketing approach for Ormi Terrace highlighted the smart home technology and prominent location and lifestyle benefits within Eight Mile Plains. Through our research, we identified many key strengths including accessibility to shops, schools, major roads, and public transport. Its fantastic position and proximity to lifestyle amenities including Westfield Garden City and Sunnybank Plaza and easy access to major motorways. We identified the demand for new luxurious homes that also appealed to a demographic interested in smart home technology and the benefits including smart technology, energy-saving and voice control for almost every appliance in the home.

An Innovative Solution

Our team delivered an innovative and effective luxurious property brand and marketing assets designed to cut through the noise and stay ahead of other off-the-plan competitors. Our presales launch into the market included preparing marketing assets including the logo design, brand identity, marketing brochure, floor plans, 3D renders, lead generating website, billboard signage, price list, automated email marketing campaigns and Chinese and English print advertisements.
