65M by Diligent Development is located approximately 16.9km southwest of the Brisbane CBD in Eight Miles Plains. This exciting residential development consists of two-story 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms terrace homes and offers a high level of amenities and accessibility to major highways. Desketing was approached to deliver a brand identity and design and marketing communication materials to appeal to new homeowners.

Solve

65M is considered to be in the heart of one of Brisbane’s major economic precincts. The Brisbane Government’s Global Precincts Strategic Vision has identified Eight Mile Plains for its potential to attract investment, foster innovation and encourage tourism. Major infrastructure projects including the $1 billion Brisbane Metro and upgrades to the Pacific Motorway between Eight Mile Plains and Daisy Hill are expected to drive demand in this area.

Through an extensive research report, Desketing identified the key strengths of this development in terms of accessibility to transport and lifestyle amenities, infrastructure, employment, demographics, residential pricing, and the rental market to develop a sound understanding of how to position and market 65M. The brand identity for 65M focuses on liveability and providing a sanctuary for homeowners and highlights the excellent location amenities.

An Innovative Solution

We developed a presales strategy to include a full suite of marketing communications to promote 65M to interested home buyers. The project deliverables included logo design, brand identity, comprehensive marketing brochure, floor plans, 3D Renders, well-designed lead generating website, billboard signage, email marketing, and Chinese newspaper advertisement.
