What is the Event?

Business Hustlers is about sharing compelling and powerful stories from Brisbane’s most interesting and successful business leaders and the businesses that they champion. The aim of the event is to learn from successful business owners or directors, hear stories and inspire other individuals who are wanting to cultivate a thriving community for their own business.

Brisbane restauranteur Marie, is the owner of Bird’s Nest Restaurants. In 2015, Marie alongside her business partner Emi competed and won Channel Nine’s TV Show “The Hot Plate”. The experience and exposure changed their lives and gave them the opportunity to expand their business. Marie currently owns and manages three restaurants in Brisbane.

Scott Bayne brings to the table twenty years of experience across a diverse array of hospitality resorts in several international locations. As the General Manager of Brisbane’s newest lifestyle and entertainment destination, he’s become part of the team who are re-imaging how we celebrate one of Brisbane’s most historical sites underneath the Story Bridge.
